Amendments to the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and the 2019-2022 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) (Jim Dickinson, H-GAC) Mr. Dickinson will review and request Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) recommendations for approval of proposed changes to the TIP and RTP.
Recommendation of TPC Approval of the Resolution to Support the Houston Ship Channel Expansion Channel Improvement Project (Bruce Mann, Port of Houston Authority) Mr. Mann will provide an update on the possible widening and deepening of the Houston Ship Channel. Staff will seek TAC recommendation of the Transportation Policy Council (TPC) action on the resolution to support this project.
Recommendation of TPC Approval of the Resolution to Support the Freeport Harbor Channel Improvement Project (Mike Wilson, Port Freeport) Mr. Wilson will provide an update on the possible widening and deepening of the Freeport Harbor Channel. Staff will seek TAC recommendation of the TPC action on the resolution to support this project.
Recommendation of TPC Approval of the Resolution to Update the Federal Functional Classification System (FFCS) (Vishu Lingala, H-GAC) Mr. Lingala will present the proposed changes to the FFCS and will seek TAC recommendation of the TPC action on the resolution to support the proposed update.
Administrative Amendments to the TIP and RTP (Jim Dickinson, H-GAC) Mr. Dickinson will review proposed/approved administrative amendments to the TIP or RTP as information to the TAC.
Draft Amendments to the TAC Bylaws (Jeff Weatherford, TAC Bylaws Subcommittee Chair) Mr. Weatherford will review recommended changes to the TAC Bylaws.
Ports Area Mobility Study Update (Patrick Mandapaka, H-GAC) Mr. Mandapaka will provide information on the Ports Area Mobility study.
