B. Administrative Amendments to the TIP and RTP (Mr. Jim Dickinson, H-GAC) - 5 Minutes Mr. Dickinson will review proposed/approved administrative amendments to the TIP or RTP as information to the TAC. C. Briefing on Future TPC Amendments to the TIP and RTP (Ms. Karen Owen, H-GAC) – 10 Minutes Ms. Owen will review and request approval of the TPC Amendments to the TIP and RTP. D. 2018-2019 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Amendment (Ms. Neely Kim, H-GAC) – 10 Minutes Ms. Kim will review and request approval of proposed amendments to the 2018-2019 UPWP.
Request for MOU between Texas Central and H-GAC MPO on the High-Speed Rail – 10 Minutes (Mr. Patrick Mandapaka, H-GAC) Mr. Mandapaka will request the Committee’s action to recommend TPC’s approval of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Texas Central Partners and H-GAC on the High-Speed Rail.
Resolution Approving RTP and TIP Amendment to add High Speed Rail to 2040 RTP – 10 Minutes (Mr. Adam Beckom, H-GAC) Mr. Beckom will review the RTP and TIP Amendment to add High Speed Rail to 2040 RTP and will request TAC recommendation of the TPC approval of Resolution No. 2018-29.
Call for Projects Update– 10 Minutes (Mr. Vishu Lingala, H-GAC) Mr. Lingala will provide the Committee with an update on the Call for Projects.
2045 RTP Update – 10 Minutes (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC) Mr. Clark will provide an RTP Update to the Committee.
Report on Status of Transportation Planning Activities from Member Agencies - 5 Minutes Each H-GAC and other transportation agencies will update the Technical Advisory Committee on recent planning and implementation activities within their jurisdictions.
