Developing a Memorandum of Understanding for the future coordination on the North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP) (Patrick Mandapaka, H-GAC) Mr. Mandapaka will update the comments received from the Transportation Advisory Committee on the NHHIP and seek action on developing a Memorandum of Understanding for further coordination on the project.
Approval of the 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) (Adam Beckom, H-GAC) Mr. Beckom will present and seek TPC approval of the proposed TPC’s actions on the 2021-2024 TIP. A. Resolution to approve the 2021-2024 TIP B. Resolution to approve the addition of projects including TxDOT Gap Projects (Table 6), Shepherd/Durham Corridor project, Garth Road project to the 2021-2024 TIP.
Approval of the TxDOT/MPO Self-certification, and other certifications (Patrick Mandapaka, H-GAC ) Mr. Mandapaka will seek approval of the Texas Department of Transportation/Metropolitan Planning organization (MPO) self-certification of the regional transportation planning process and other certifications including procurement, lobbying, and debarment.
Future Amendments to the 2021-2024 TIP and 2045 RTP (Adam Beckom, H-GAC) Staff will provide an update on the future amendments to the TIP and RTP.
