Approval of 2018 TPC Nominating Committee Recommendation for TAC At-Large Alternate for Smaller Cities (Commissioner James Patterson, Committee Chair) The City of Alvin has requested a replacement for its current representative on the Technical Advisory Committee.
Appointment of 2019 TPC Nominating Committee (Chairman Matt Sebesta) The TPC Chairman will appoint at least 3 members to serve on the 2019 TPC Nominating Committee.

Resolution for Approval of Amendments to the 2019–2022 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and 2040 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Staff will review and request TPC approval of proposed changes to the TIP and RTP. B. Administrative Amendments to the TIP and RTP Staff will review any approved administrative amendments to the TIP or RTP as information to the TPC C. Briefing on Future Amendments to the TIP and RTP Staff will review requested TPC amendments to the TIP and RTP Update for future action.
Resolution for Approval of Pavement and Bridge (PM2) and System Performance (PM3) Performance Measures (Mr. Adam Beckom, H-GAC) Mr. Beckom will request approval of the Resolution for pavement and bridge (PM2) and system performance (PM3) performance measures.
Approval of Amendments to Transportation Safety Committee Bylaws (Mr. Stephan Gage, H-GAC) Mr. Gage will review the Safety Committee Bylaws and request approval of the proposed amendments.
Request for Memorandum of Understanding Between Texas Central Railway and the Houston-Galveston Metropolitan Planning Organization (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC) Mr. Clark will discuss a request by Texas Central Railway to develop a memorandum of understanding describing a commitment to joint planning and service coordination.
Recommendations for Decennial Travel Surveys (Mr. Chris van Slyke, H-GAC) Mr. van Slyke will provide a summary of plan for decennial travel data collection.
